Drivers door central locking not working

Hi

Starlet 96 - Central locking won't work anymore from the drivers door lock. Used to be intermittent but now seems like the barrel/switch is completely worn out?

It works fine from passenger side - all doors open and close.

Any idea what parts I should buy/replace?
