MOMO 14" corse silver

I have a starlet EP91 and i like this 14" momo rims

now my questions:

1) My stock steel wheels have +39 offset -----> right or wrong??

2) This rims above (6x14) have +35 offset according to the official site -------> are they suitable??

3) What about size of rubber (i want an ordinary size rubber, not very expensive) -----> i mean 185/50/14 or 185/55/14 or something else???

4) Should spacers be necessary, if yes, will this affect suspension's geometry and driving behavior??

Finally i choose HRS rims 14" same cut as O.Z superleggera --> http://www.tirerack.com/images/wheels/oz/s...a_bsp_ci3_l.jpg with 175/60/14 yokohama tires
