i know he's been abit busy recently, so i tried starletgtturbo.com and didnt get an answer either.

I know a lot of people have had problems with ordering from Toby (@ToyTuning) lately as it seems he has too much to cope with.

Dave (@StarletGTTurbo) should be around, although I have found his preferred method of contact seems to be over the phone, so chances are you'll have better luck with the number provided on his site.
