Dan Evans
ok, i drove to my mum n dads tonight, then got on a straight bit of road and floored it, then pop, oh shit, something was blowing really badly, i thought it was the turbo, but it wasnt because it pulled just like before, then i thought bout the manifold cracking, but it wasnt because ud loose power.anyway got home and found it was just the exhaust temp sensor that goes on the bottom of the de-cat had come loose and come out.all i need to know is weather i need that sensor, or could i just blank it off?? cheers
Asad
Heat sensor is not needed think its because the glanzas have a dash light for the cat to show its warm or something of the sort....sps decats dont have them anymore just the lambda

Asad
sorry his newer ones dont have the bung there for the heat sensorhttp://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index...._item&id=45i assume you just unplug it from the lead and plug the hole with a bolt of the same size and get the bolt tacked/welded so it doesnt "pop" off
