Good Oil. Is This Stuff Alright?

alright everyone. my starlet turbo has almost done 100,000 km . im want to do an oil and filter change on it.

and ive got some shell hrlix ultra 5w-40 fully synthetic oil here. just wondering if this will be good for this engine?

If not get a decent 10w40, oh and oil+filter service every 3k

I'm using 5W-40 Fully Synth as recommended by Opie Oils. Can't see it being a problem just be extra careful that your engine is up to temperature before booting it.
