Emanage Blue Help

hay i have just fitted my emanage with the ignition harness and 3bar map sensor. there is a 1bar ct9 4efte map already on it. all wiring has been checked many times and all correct but given all this the car refuses to start. but when i dissconnect my emb it goes 1st time. it has a flashing activity light (green 1) and a amber interaction light on when powered up. i have been reading the instructions and it said the amber lamp is only when you have it connected to a pc which it isnt, could this be a fault? any help would be helpfull i have been using this wiring diagram as a guide
