General Starlet Chat

where is the best place to post general chat/ questions about starlets. i always struggle when trying to find somewhere to post general, quick fix or maybe even daft questions that someone will know the answer to.

i know there are the technical sections but most questions arent particularly technical.

when i have looked through posts asking questions i have found others starting their topic with ' i didn't know where to post this so i tried here' or something along those lines.

is it worth having a general starlet chat section? or is there one and i am blind
