Hi all, gettin some blue smoke and pretty sure its stem seals, was gonna re build the head, anyone have any opinions on getting the head ported and poloished, does it make much difference???

Also should i stick with standard head gskt or get another, just not sure on depth 0.6, 1.0, 1.2mm :thumbsup:

The car has s/s mani, de cat, fmic, jam ecu, colder plugs and will be getting hybrid ct9 very soon

what makes you think its the valve stem seals mate? you checked the turbo for signs of oil seals leaking? just thtas whats wrong with mine and it would save you doing the head etc just a heads up

Cheers for the heads up dave200 but the turbo seals were replaced about a year ago and the smoke was really bad when the turbo went, it aint to bad at the moment so thats why i think its the stem seals, cheers for the advice ryan, appreciate it :thumbsup:
