hamish
Hey, fitted my brand spanking new HKS actuator, Plumbed it all in nice and tight (hoping the right way), set up the actuator arm to correct boost but boost is really slow at kicking in untill it gets to about 4k/5k revs and then it comes in nice and hard like it should. had it all apart to double check no leaks but still nothing. Need some help here as its driving me round the bend lol. Took a pic to let you see how i have it plumbed. Really hoping its just something stupid that i have missed or got muddled up. Only difference is that i have took my braided vacuum hose and bridged it straight to the T section for easier access instead of it running down behind the actuator. Sparky
Shorten the length of the arm, you willl notice it come on boost earlier but might overshoot your target max boost and hit fuel cut if its still active.Takes ages to get it how you want it, lots of adjusting.Best thing is get a decent boost controller
