Got caught speeding in the summer, out of all the days for my court letter to come through it came today!!!

Already have three points soo will probly get banned, but plan is to keep the n/a and have more money to spend on car, and going out!! ;)

Been a bit of a tough week with losing my phone, breaking key inside car lock, snapping my car door handle.

But gotta grin and bare it

If you can convince them in court that you really need your licence for the sake of your kids If you have any lol, they can shorten the ban, my brother got caught at 98 mph instead of the ban he was suppost to get, he got 4 weeks ban. That was because his income relied on driving and at the time he had 2 kids one was just a 2 years old and the other 7/8.

aint it 3 months after the offence and you cant get charged? or is that just a myth?

nah as long as you produce straight after like before 7 days, the can take upto like 6 months.

Im sending letter off tomoz so ill keep updated with it!!
