Cam Shaft Alingnment ?

does anyone no what dots on the cams need to line up for the cams to be in corectly and how the donts will sit like opposite eachother when in tdc for doing cam belt ?? (4efte)

ie;;

exhaust cam : 2 dots

inlet : big dot / smaller dot ???

and dots touching when in t.d.c
