Heaters on the blink??

dont think my fan heaters inside are working to their full potential, Any possible causes and more importantly advice.

its on a 1998 ep91 non turbo

Got a wet footwell by any chance? Check your water level in the rad, could be your heater matrix has gone. It's a bugger to fix if it is the matrix i've heard.
