Gt4 Brakes

hey, right been reading up on the gt4 conversion. there was a pretty good guide i found that someone wrote but just need a little more info,

what do i need from the gt4....

calipers,

carriers,

disc and pads.

3mm spacer.

would i need the brake pipe from gt4 or will mine still fit?

dust plate? or will the glanza one be ok?

is it just the pcd that needs redrilling to 4x100 or does the disc need skimming or centre hole reboring?

any other bits ive missed? cheers guys.

p.s, im only doing the front as the backs are single piston too so no point,
