Help.. Waterpump.. Ish

I got my engine back yesterday from a rebuilt and put it in. However, have aquired a problem with the silver pipe that comes out of the little part that the waterpump bolts onto, which attaches to the block.

The pipe was wobbly in the hole but I wasn't too sure if it was like that when I took it out, but I guess it shouldn't be like that, as I started to fill up my coolant and it is seeping out from there and that's not a good thing!

So, question is... Is it fixable? Do i need a new 'part'? do I need something small/big?

Also, does anyone have what I need, if I need it?

Think the pipe needs taking off and resealing not sure how it comes apart tho
