According to the TM-Developments spec on a forged engine they build you will need

All engines stripped and thoroughly chemically cleaned.

Block rebored,

crosshatch honed.

Forged low comp pistons, 74.5/75mm,

forged rods.

Crank reground (if needed) with all new bearings.

Head stripped and cleaned,

valves re seated,

new valve stem seals,

New Head Bolts.

New Toyota oil pump,

new water pump,

new cam belt and tensioner kit,

new oil sender switch,

new thermostat.

All new gaskets and oil seals.

Metal head gasket 1.2/2mm

Other extra options is

Ported cylinder head

Lightened balanced and knife edged crankshaft

Billet cams

Baffled sump

Cruise valve springs

Power Enterprise Cam belt

ARP Head Bolts

As for turbo kits do a bit of research on the td05's they will easily get you 300bhp
