Where is the best place to get one?

I seen the one on TM-D for £85, but I think that's expensive for one pipe, just wondering if there are any cheaper ones or any one have one for sale?

Shouldn't be too hard, what size is the TD04 air filter size? As I am waiting for it coming and not sure if 38mm is for all, or not.
