powder coat inside rocket cover

had my rocket cover powder coated by idiots who done the outside and inside of the cover, i know for sure its not safe to run like this so could anyone recomend how to get it off quick , its all inside the pvc valve and breather pipe

I'd advise not to use it at all mate, you won't get it all out properly.
