orite ladies im having some problems at home and have to sell my Dual selanoid boost controller, i have a buyer so im going to have to buy a bleed valve for a tempory time, so i have a few questions.

1. which one?

2. i have external wastegate, so do i need a specific one?

3. how do i set it up to the correct boost

How about don't buy one and just run your wastegate pressure?

Yeah you can do this. Run a Vac hose from your turbo to the bottom port on your wastegate. Take it for a run and it will only boost to the spring pressure. If the spring pressure is to low go for the bleed valve to raise the boost above it

easy as that, ill leave the boost at the wastegate spring pressure 0.8 bar, i want 1 bar, but how do i messure it?

I have never used a bleed valve before mate but i assume that a vac hose comes off the turbo tee's into the bleed valve and runs to the bottom port of the wastegate then run an other vac hose from the other side of the bleed valve to the top port on the wastegate.

As for turning the boost up is there not a knob at the top you turn to up the boost? Just turn it abit at a time take it for a run keep an eye on your boost gauge and take it from there

aah i understand now, ill just use the wastegate pressure now, do you know who sells a decent valve? i dont want to buy a cheap shitty one lol

if your going to use a manual boost controller don't get a bleed valve, go for a relief valve im using an R-Spec one which seems to work very well.

thats the one. bleed valve has a third port that bleeds the boost off early, I had one and it made the boost quite unstable tbh.
