speed limit and drive shaft questions ?

Hi guy im killing 2 birds with 1 stone here seen as they're both in the same section lol

1st question is will ep91 drive shafts fit my ep82 ?

2nd question is, how come my car has no speed limit restriction, even tho as far as i'm aware, i have none of the mods needed to remove the restriction still in kph ect

The current mods i have are -

FMIC

airfilter relocation kit

decat

uprated fuel pump

got other things but i've not fitted them yet

is there any other way of removing the restrictor, the high low boost buttons been disconected aswell, dont know if this has somethin to do wit it ???

any info would be great

I'm not to sure on the drive shafts..I think they do though.

With the speed restriction, if its still in kph it could have a HKS SLD (or similar) fitted to the ecu

if the car has been converted to mph i heard that automatically de-restricts it

Firstly nice pic of you pulling into Kenfig lol

I am led to believe there are loads of different shafts for Starlets, all with different number of splines and it would also depend if you have ABS etc.

As said check the ECU could be an aftermarket plug and play or a SLD fitted.

And it wont have anything to do with the HI/LO button. You must have a HKS actuator on there aswell

haha, yea thats kenfig lol, its the only pic i'v got of my new gt on the computer

its still got the standard actuator at the moment, when i bought it one of the actuator pins was left open so i had to block it off i'll have to chck the ecu cheers guys

No that was back in the summer, i was at the most recent one aswell tho, sat in the car most of the night because it was b**tardin freezin lol

i'll keep an eye out for you at the next one lol
