I no about stage one mods like

Clutch

Exhaust but what bore

Injectors? Looking at running 250

Fuel pre sure reg

Front mount

Fuel pump

Boost controller

Maybe a e manage blue or a ultimate opinions ?

I run about 200 at 1.0bar On standard ECU

I have a forged engine but havnt changed my clutch (Yet :/)

Not changed the injectors

Ah right so what's the spec for 250 standered internals cheers for replying thow :-)

Its not recommended that you run 250 bhp on standard internals because of the stress and how much harder everything will be working but i think some people have. I think its all down to how much boost you run and how good your engine is. People say around 220 230 hp is the max for standard internals.
