freak Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Guys i have a question,ive just rebuild my engine with standard parts,replaced piston ring too.The problem is when my car is on idle,it smokes a little white smoke to be exact,after apply throttle and on the move car doesnt smoke. My turbo is a recon unit td04l bought from speedvision. What can be my problem??Head has been rebuilt with new valve seal,and i had my valves relapsed. Before the rebuild i had no issues with car smoking on idling.was on a ct9 turbo. Please help! Quote

crouchy Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 it could just be steam with the cold weather cause mine does it. i no it sounds stupid but smell wats comin out of the exhaust and if it smells oily u have a problem but if not it should be alrite. Quote
