Video guide to setup a TD04 system

This gets asked so often (including my self 2 months ago!!) so i have made a video diary of me setting mine up. Note this is based on my setup below and i understand that you can do it via an uprated ECU etc, but its the cheapest way to get TD04 power

Its based on my setup currently using a

Greedy FCD

Sard RRFPR

Toyosports TD04

Toyosports Decat

TD04 Turbo

Walrbro puel pump

HKS actuator

FMIC

Braided oil lines

Alloy Radiator

Few other bits and pieces

The only cock up i can see in the vid is when i was talking about installing the FCD and accidently mentioned an uprated ECU (ignore that

) as you wouldnt need the FCD with a piggyback ecu.

I think i have covered everything, its worth to note you will need to rotate your turbo to fit like mine (they dont come facing that direction) search on here for info, there is plenty to do it.

Good job , just thought id point out instead of getting a civic rad from ebay go down to your local scrappy and get a decent one for £12, well weve just paid £12 for a civic rad.

You should really use a thicker racing civic radiator rather than the stock ones you will find in a scrappy.

yeah the thicker ones have more cores hense better heating £12 would be awesome if is a tripple or double core
