PLEASE HELP! Adjustable rear springs on micra.

Now, one would say as it is shown in the pictures.

Problem i have with that is the bushing at the bottom is not able to be fitted. So where do i put the damn height adjuster on the spring. The suspension is slightly different to the starlet. The spring and shock are separate and not together.

Now thats all fine. I am confused because i have to take the bottom bush out in order to use this adjuster. So for the time being i had removed the adjuster and used the bushing. But now i got slightly wider wheels and its rubbing bad i have even cut the arch but its still pissing me off. So do i put the adjuster there and removed the rubber bushing so i can raise the car.
