Uploading pictures

Hi people Just wondering if can upload pictures from an android phone?

I have a few things to sell at the moment, but internet is off in the house for the time being and dont know when it will be back on, I cant post items up without pictures for obvious reasons, thinking the only way is to use someone elses computor? But thats a last resort, Thanks
