benefits of using ARP head bolts over standard ones (not running over a bar of boost) ?

benefits of using a 1.2mm head gasket (not running over a bar of boost) ?

When rebuilding my bottom end, should i renew the Rod bolts and nuts , as they are Stretch bolts? and can anyone get hold of these?

any porting i can do on the bottom end to improve oil flow ?

Best oil to used when running in ....and then oil to use once run in is complete?

are the whole engine gasket sets the same for ep82 and ep91 ?

Stretch bolts need to be re-newed

all you need can be bought from Iddy @ Id works

I think the standard head gaskets are 1.2mm but if you were to go a bit bigger such as 1.4 or something you'd slightly lower the compression.

oh thought the standard head gasket was like .9mm

Don't need ARP head bolts and standard headgasket will be ok for 1bar.

AFAIK gasket sets are different.

stock gasket is 1.0mm

stock bolts and gasket will be ok even at 1.2bar on td04 they will still be up for the job, rod bolts dont need to be renewed and gasket sets are the same

When I was looking at headgaskets a lot of them said standard 1.2mm head gasket, so I just assumed they were 1.2 mate .
