i need a tuning guide of some sort for a standard ep82 i am looking for around 200bhp on standard interals.

yeah had a look but i want a complete guide of everything i need i am lookin for round 200bhp maybe more would stock interals be ok and i need to konw what turbo upgrade i should use i was think gt25 is that to big.

brakes. suspension, clutch, good tyres, either a hybrid turbo or upgraded like a td04. with those you will need a better exhaust manifold, exhaust system, de-cat, more efficient intercooler, and some sort of fuel management. like an ecu or fuel controller. and to be on the safe side an uprated pump also
