Alternator whining when starting the car

happens alot when i start the car from cold the alternator starts whining really loud , but goes after a few seconds? :/

this is really annoying , i changed the alternator and it still does it :/ and played around with the tension of the belt

Are you sure its the alternator and not your power steering/alternator?

yeh quite sure its the alternator , as because if you put the head lights on it does it even more :?

il try taking the power steering belt off and starting it

Slacken the belt off a little

Or tighten it up a little
