Head gasket thicknesses

Whats the optimum thickness to use on a 4efte running a bar of boost and various mods runnin close to 200bhp. Is thicker better and less likely to cause problems in the future?

And are oem head bolts best to use or the expensive ones lol what's the difference?

OE Spec would be spot on for your application. If you're planning on bigger power at a later date then you may as well go for the uprated better option at this point.

I've got standard internals, nothing's been forged or anything but safely running 1bar of boost with mods to support a td04 if I ever go down that route. Just dunno what the best option would be.
