Radio Surround off a 98 Spec Glanza and standard gearknob

I'm looking for a radio surround for my 99 spec Glanza which has the passenger seatbelt warning light instead of the lo-hi boost button as per the pre-facelift Glanza's as in the pic below:

Also, I'm looking for a standard Glanza gearknob in good condition like the one in the following picture:
