Greddy type S + fitting

Hi Im looking for a Greddy type S bov , preferable with the fitting kit for the glanza

I've got one laying around somewhere. I'll have a look over the next few days and see what I can find. I know it does have the genuine Greddy cast flange though which will fit a standard system.
