Questions about my v5 and new keepers part

Hi, I wast sure were to post this but I recently acquired a starlet but the lad just had new keepers part with his details on and the tax is due end of this month, would I be able to tipex out his details and write mine in and apply for a logbook? Thanks

If he's just got the new keepers part then the owner before him either didn't post it off changing details or its somewhere in his house as he is the pervious owner he will be sent the renewal form for tax so you will need his letter and mot for the tax ..... I suggest getting hold of him to see if he has this tax letter and go from there once its been taxed again
