is this a dump valve?

just wondering if the that thing on my engine was a dump valve, the one im on about is the one with the red pipe coming out of it.

Looks more like a FSE (or RRFR) to me

Look at the Y-junction on the left, the left arm of that still has the standard re-circ valve-thing on it (the cylinder with the two small pipes coming out of it)

Its a adjustable fuel regulator or boost valve

The dump valve (standard one) is the little black thing next to the big black pipe going into the intercooler
