SAFC To remove fuel cut

Anyone used an SAFC to remove fuel cut?

Been doing some "maths" and thinking that i will need to -15% from each rpm point after full boost at least.

Worked this out by calculating that an HKS fcd at setting 8, brings 5v down to rougly 4.2v. Which is a 15% decrease.

Make sense?

Fuel cut works on boost. If you take away 15% fuel from base higher up the range you could be running lean and car will still fuel cut anyway.

the safc and sfc hyper both work by reducing the map signal, which in turn reduces fuel, the map signal is what triggers fuel cut

same as an fcd, so you compensate with rrFPR

Ah right I see, I thought they just had some slight control of injectors. In that case as long as fuel is safe then I suppose you could use it to emilinate fuel cut, possibly safer than FCD aswell.

yea should be fine, just wanted to know what % to start at so i dont hit cut while tuning, and do some damage
