creeking noise from turbo pipe

i get a loud creeking noise as i back off the throttle after a bit of play with the revs , any idea whats causing this ?.....

i have a starlet 4efte conversion with all stock parts and fitted a trumpet dump without blocking off the original recurcilating valve. i dont think its this tbh
