Can you use the same crank bolts or are they stretch ones

Only if they are ARP bolts you can use them again

thats partially true The head bolts can be reused up to 10 x if they are ARP, the crank bolts can be reused as many times as you like. They are not torque any where near the levels of the head so can be treated as normal bolts. ARP do sell crank bolts but they usually come with new rods.

The crank cap bolts are also the same and again can be reused
