Spraying rocker cover

Hey, I'll be respraying my rocker cover soon, what do you guys use?? how do I get it really shiney?

Are you thinking shiny as in paintwork shiny or polished shiny?

I used matt black solvent then used a flat block to sand the paint from the embossed areas.

Paint. Work shiny when I did it before the finish looked dull
