Gears sticking

Update for all those with similar issues : - injected wd40 into the sealed cable and worked this changed the gearbox oil to ATF dexron 2 and sweet changing just need to get syncro's in box repaired

Seen this problem a few times specifically on exedy paddle clutches. Can happen when they crack/pop the springs out of the plate...that or release bearing. Take the box off and have a look.
