What do you mean best setup? Best setup in terms of what? Fueling? Ignition? Engine components? Need to elaborate a bit more.

Try reading Ro55ifumi's build thread for general info; I believe his forged Glanza is running 270bhp at 1.4 bar on a TD04.

But as above, if you want more specific answers you'll need to ask a more specific question lol.
