EPnick22 Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 are these bolts stretch bolts? I thought that they only needed to be torqued to a set amount, am I wrong? Quote
Chris_GlanzaV98 Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Just torque them, when they are fitted they strech, dont quote me on it but i would say they will be the same as oem ones and strech when used Quote
EPnick22 Posted November 4, 2013 Author Posted November 4, 2013 the OE ones are nuts and stud, not a bolt holding the cap on Quote
Idrees Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 The torque settings for the ARP bolts are not the same as the OEM nuts, I'll dig the correct settings out for you tomorrow. Quote
AdamB Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 All bolts will stretch when they have a preload on them. Whether you can reuse them or not you will have to compare the lengths with ARP's tolerencing. Quote
