occasional sticking gears

elo im new to the forums I've just bought a td04 forged glanza and am having a problem with 1st and 2nd sticking occasionally ive been told by a garage that its the synkros but surely if it was then wouldn't it be sticking all the time I wana get a few more opinions before I decide what to do any ideas guys would be a great help

yes mat the only thing different is the clutch its a 6 paddle from tuning developments

nah only when driving it dont do it all the time thow

Try going under dash and adjust slightly and see it it improves clutch might not be clearing fully

what do u mean ive never worked on a starlet before

There's a adjuster above clutch pedal haven't got any pics screwing it a certain way will make the clutch move further

Or nip it to garage and ask them to do it

ok bud ill try get it looked at tomorrow and hopefully get it sorted would you recommend getting a shortshifter as I want a genuine trd one eventually also on a forged 4e for daily use would u prefer a td04 hybrid or td05

All depends on power you want, get the transmission things sorted so its mint then start playing as you don't want to confuse the situation

As some short shifters can cause selection problems
