this is used but the tags have not been broken so it has never been apart was running my starlet at 1 bar no problem and it made all the difference this ecu stops boost cut removes speed cut and rev limiter it also gives a much more aggressive map i am only selling this as i am going down a bigger power root and i need a different ecu for this. this is a great ecu and a nice mod for most starlets
