External wastegate with manual boost controller

my car is currently boosting at 0.35bar without any boost controllers i temporary bought a manual boost controller just to set it at 0.6bar until i get the car mapped, ive tried all sorts of ways the connect it up and stil cant get get anymore boost,

any suggestion would be great

The top port on the wastegate should be vented and the bottom port connects to the mbc, then the other side of the mbc goes to the turbo
