Spotlights in the front bumper don't work!!! EP91

my spotlights in my front bumper on my ep91 Glanza S isn't working. I removed the one spotlight and it was cracked and full of water and so was the connections so I'm guessing (hoping) that the fuse for the spot lights have blown, but I can find the fuse for the spots!!! any idea where to look?!!!!
