hand brake cable ep82

Really need help got mot on friday. Just checking all the brakes and lamps and everyrhing. As per usuall a handbrake isnt locking rear passenger side is free spining. Anyone know somewhere that keep the cables on shelf to pick up in kent. (Live in ashford, kent) or another car that is identicle?

Any help greatly appriciated

Have you try adjustin the cable ?
