Jerky round 2

So I put a post the other day about this and was told it was the choke but it has happened again this time the car has been driven for about 45 mins I hit a puddle and after the it started jerking/ misfiring what could it be

No under tray so the waters getting up on to the leads an stuff explains it thanks mate
