Think boost creep could be wrong

Right so here gos I have checked the length of my actuator and it is the right length for .5 bar but if I try put my foot down it keeps going to .9 to a bar of boost fuel cut not fun and getting fed up of it I'm running a ct9 hybrid from eBay seem to work fine fmic air filter relocate uprated ht leads I have a fpr (not fitted) half sized civic rad any one give any advice how to do to stop this cheers

You have to port the wastegate, go external wastegate or turn the boost down lower.

It's at 128 mm on the aviator .5 bar so lower then that if not what price am I looking at for exwg
