High reading on boost gauge

Hi guys

Another simple one . I'm getting high reading on my boost gauge even when not on boost. Start the car and says -6ish in bar. Then drive it and it holds on at just under 0bar even when not on boost. When on boost it goes up really slow then drops back slowly but never going right down like it used too

Any help will be appreciated
