Clutch or slave problem?

Alight folks I recently bought a glanza with the engine in the boot so built it all up etc but I had no gears clutch bled serveral times but still couldn't selected a gear so what I done was Jamed a nut between the clutch fork and the slave cylinder to push the fork more now I'm getting gears but there tight due to the bite being so low

So would you say the pressure plate or bearing fucked

Or

Would you think the slaves being lazy

I have took the adjuster screw off the pedal to let the peddle come up as high as poss for more of a push

Make sure all the clutch pipes are tight. There may be a tiny leak at one of the joints which is allowing air in the system.

All seem tight mate I'll double check but can't see and leaks and with the peddle to the floor it's not dropping back with the peddle held down

You may not see the leak if it's tiny, just nip the 10mm nuts up to see if it helps. That's where I would start before replacing parts.
