front is going to the left

I hope you guys can help me out. my glanza is pulling to the left and when i go high speed the steering wheel goes nuts :/. all wheel have had wheel balancing and tracking done. Also put on spigot rings. hope you guys can help me out

Have you got any play in your suspension? Check ball joints, lower arms bushes and tie rod ends. Ussually extensive wear on them can cause vibration
