whats a good gearbox oil to be used with a quaife??

as above guys, ive just fitted a quaife to my gearbox, just wanna know what oil grade and make people use and how much oil will I need to refill the box?

heh, yes its a Limited Slip Diff for the gearbox, the Quaife doesnt require any type of gearbox oil as its a geared diff with no clutch plates. Just stick in your normal gearbox oil will be fine, it makes no difference.
